There are just a few steps to finalise your enrolment at NeuroMe:

  1. Complete the Enrolment Form below
  2. Pay an amount of R500 as a deposit to NeuroMe.

By clicking Apply, you agree to our privacy policy, billing terms and conditions, roles and responsibilities Agreement and consent to NeuroMe using your information to contact you with important updates about your enrolment, as well as future communications regarding our programmes and services.

On completion of the full enrolment process, NeuroMe will send an email which will include:

1. The learner’s email logins, to their personal profile in NeuroMe.

2. A date will be set up to meet their own NeuroChamp (where applicable).

3. Start harnessing your unlimited potential.

Immediate Enrolments

For learners enrolling at the beginning of a term:
Once your enrolment is confirmed, your child’s login details will be sent to the email address listed as Parent or Guardian 1. These details are usually issued within one to two working days, ensuring your learner can settle in and begin their NeuroMe journey without delay.

Catch Up Enrolment

For learners joining in the middle of a term or requesting access to previous terms:
To maintain curriculum integrity and ensure every learner receives full developmental benefit, NeuroMe requires learners to complete the full academic term. This means:

  1. Mid-term enrolments
    Learners who join during an active term will first complete the full term’s content.
    To align their progress with the academic timeline, a catch up fee (months missed) is required before login details are issued.
  2. Beginning-of-term enrolments requesting catch up of previous term access
    If your learner enrols at the start of a new term but needs to catch up earlier work, login details will be issued immediately.
    However, all catch up fees must be settled before the previous term’s work is released.

Future Enrolments

For enrolments for the next term or next academic year:
Login details will be sent one week before the term or academic year begins.
This gives learners time to familiarise themselves with the platform, explore their classroom, and settle in comfortably before academic work starts.

All invoices are emailed directly to the person responsible for the finances, as indicated during the enrolment process.
